On this page, "Anchored," "we," and "us" refer to RW Digital Ventures LLC, a Wyoming company (30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). These terms cover this website and the Anchored iOS app. Using either means you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This website shares information about Anchored, a faith-based app for Christian men, and offers a waitlist you can join to hear about the launch. The Anchored iOS app is covered by the app sections below.
Eligibility
Anchored is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not use this site or submit any information to us.
Not medical or clinical advice
Anchored provides faith-based encouragement, structure, and self-guided practical tools. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, or professional counseling, and it is not a substitute for any of these. If you need that kind of help, please reach out for it. Doing both is not a contradiction. If you are in crisis in the United States, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, free and available 24 hours a day.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account in the Anchored app. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, email us at hello@remainanchored.com.
Subscriptions and purchases
Anchored offers the following purchase options, processed by Apple through your Apple Account:
- An annual subscription at $59.99 per year, which includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- A monthly subscription at $9.99 per month.
- A one-time lifetime purchase at $149.99.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel during the free trial before it ends, you will not be charged. The lifetime purchase is a single payment and does not renew.
All billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We never see or store your payment card details. Prices may change in the future; if they do, existing subscribers will be notified as required by Apple's policies before any new price takes effect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Anchored. That includes attempting to access another person's account or data, probing or disrupting our systems, reverse engineering the app, or using Anchored for anything unlawful. Ally invitations may only be sent to people who have agreed to receive them.
Content and ownership
Scripture in Anchored is drawn from the King James Version and the World English Bible, which are in the public domain. Everything else in the app and on this website, including the name Anchored, the design, and all original content, belongs to RW Digital Ventures LLC. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it. Anything you write inside the app remains yours.
Ending your use
You can stop using Anchored and delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If we close your account for a violation, any active subscription remains subject to Apple's refund policies.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist holds your place to hear from us. It does not guarantee access to the app, a launch date, specific features, or pricing. We may change, delay, or discontinue any part of the product before or after launch.
Limitation of liability
This site and the Anchored app are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to Anchored will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
