Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select Anchored. You can change plans or cancel there. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I delete my account?

Open Anchored, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: all of your data is removed and cannot be recovered.

How do ally invitations work?

You can invite someone you trust to be your ally from inside the app. Your ally can encourage you and see your progress and milestones, never your private notes or entries.

Is my data private?

Yes. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers, and nothing on your lock screen or in a notification reveals the specific habit you are working on. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

I found a bug. Where do I report it?

Email hello@remainanchored.com with what happened and what you expected. Screenshots help. Tell us your iPhone model and the version of Anchored you are running.
