Delete your account

Immediate and permanent. Works from any browser, no app needed.

This page erases your Anchored account and everything in it. So that we know the request comes from you, we email a one-time code to the address on your account. Nothing is deleted until you confirm on the last step.

Before you begin

What is deleted. When your account is deleted, we delete or deidentify information associated with the account from active systems, including onboarding answers, progress history, private entries, and ally connections, unless retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or another purpose permitted by law. Information maintained in backups may remain until those backups are overwritten or securely deleted in the ordinary course, subject to applicable legal deadlines. This is the same scope described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions. Billing is handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel any active subscription through the App Store or Google Play.

Signed in with Apple? Use the email address on your Anchored account. If you chose Hide My Email when you signed in, that is an Apple private relay address, and the code is sent to it. If you are not sure which address your account uses, the app can do this for you: open Settings, then Delete account.
